Deaf Applicant to Bus Transportation Company Still Banned.

The exemption is lame because it still bans certain deaf people from transporting students. The exemption specifically states that a deaf employee at a school or school district can transport student(s). If a deaf person, not employed by a school or school district, want to apply directly to a bus or van transportation company to transport students, that deaf person is still banned.
