Why the interpreter havce to be close to the speaker? The speaker's hands movement really distract me pretty much. :(

Probably because I asked Mark Richie to talk immediately after his presentation, and neither him or the interpreter had had any preparation. Given that, they did a wonderful job.
Seriously, please stick to constructive remarks. Otherwise, your comments are trollish.
I managed to snag a Secretary of State to provide supportive remarks for the deaf community. I feel it was a wonderful opportunity considering that this the guy that decides how the election process works! His comments can provide key insights how to improve our impact on the political process, and thus greatly impact our community.
And your only remark is to criticize the interpreter?
What insights can we gain from this? How can we work from this knowledge? Thats what we need to think about.
